Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

Whisk 4 eggs and 6 tbsp. powdered sugar in a bowl

Line baking pan with parchment paper. Pour in mixture. Bake for 15 min or until toothpick inserted in middle is clean. Place on a damp towel. Roll it up like a wrap.

In a double boiler, mix 1 egg, 4 tbsp. powdered sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa. Add 2 tbsp. milk.

Cream butter. Once double boiler has cooled mix in it.

Unroll the dough from the towel and insert the creme. Then roll the dough back up (without the towel).

Melt 1 baking chocolate, half stick of butter, and powdered sugar as needed.
