Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks, and cool completely.

Combine mashed banana and remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, whisking constantly, until mixture thickens and coats a spoon. (Do not boil.) Cool completely.
