Banana Oatmeal Cookies

   Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

   In a large bowl combine oats, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, raisins and pecans. Coat with melted coconut oil and set aside.

   In another bowl mash bananas and whisk in the egg and vanilla. Then combine the banana mixture with the oat mixture.

   Drop dough onto an ungreased cookie sheets and bake for 8-12 minutes.

   For the maple glaze, combine maple syrup, cinnamon and corn starch. Drizzle over cooled cookies. Store in an airtight container.
