Banana Ice Cream Sandwich on Snickerdoodles W/Candied Bacon...

   Place one snickerdoodle on a cutting board.

   Add a scoop of banana ice cream.

   Cut up the bacon and scatter the pieces on the ice cream.

   Save a few pieces of bacon for garnish.

   Put the second snickerdoodle on top and press down gently.

   Wrap ice cream sandwich in waxed paper then place in a Ziploc container or plastic bag.

   Freeze until hard.

   Remove ice cream sandwich from freezer about 10 minutes before serving.

   You don't want the ice cream to melt by the time it is served.

    Place the frozen ice cream sandwich on a dessert plate and drizzle with the caramel sauce.

    Garnish the edges of the plate with a few pieces of the candied bacon.
