Ingredients: 1 (10 ounce) French bread, stale loaf, crumbled (or 6-8 cups any type bread); 1 12 cups milk; 1 12 cups heavy cream; 1 cup banana liqueur; 2 cups sugar; 8 tablespoons butter, melted; 4 eggs; 2 tablespoons vanilla; 5 bananas, cut up; 1 cup pecans, chopped; 1 tablespoon cinnamon

5 bananas, cut up
1 cup pecans, chopped

Combine all ingredients; mixture should be very moist but not soupy.

Pour into buttered 9x12 -inch or larger baking dish.

Place into non-preheated oven.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 15 mintues, until top is golden brown.

Serve with warm banana liqueur sauce:.

Melt butter and add brown sugar to form a creamy paste.

Let this mixture caramelize over heat for approximately 5 minutes.

Agitate to keep flame burning, and add a few pouches of Voodoo Magic (ground cinnamon) to the flame.
