Banana Crumb Muffins

   Preheat oven to 375u00b0F. Grease or line a 12-count muffin tin with paper liners. Set aside.

   For the muffins:

   In a medium-sized bowl, combine dry ingredients (flour through salt on the above list). In a separate mixing bowl, combine the bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter; mix. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full.

   For the topping:

   Combine the brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in a small bowl. Then cut in the cold butter until crumbly. Top the muffins with the crumbly mixture.

   Bake at 375u00b0F for 18-20 minutes.
