Blend together butter, cream cheese, sugar in mixer till creamy.

Add in and blend in bananas, egg and lowfat sour cream.

Stir flour with chocolate chips, baking soda, baking pwdr and salt.

Add in to butter mix and stir together just till mixed.

Pour into buttered 5x9 loaf pan.

Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 to 1-1/4 hours.
