Banana Chocolate Chip Bread With Chocolate Glaze

   For the Banana Chocolate Chip Bread:

   Preheat oven to 350 F.

   Butter and flour one 9X5-inch loaf pan. Set the pan aside.

   Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a large bowl. Put your chocolate chips, nuts and orange rind into the flour mixture, and stir to combine.

   Crack the eggs into a medium sized bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat eggs until smooth. Add in butter yogurt and vanilla and blend well. Fold in the bananas. Stir to incorporate.

   Next fold the wet mixture into your dry mixture and stir to combine, but don't over stir.

   Spread the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes to an hour, until a toothpick inserted into the center pulls clean.

   Cool completely ... If you can wait that long. Once cooled, turn bread out onto a rack (it might be a good idea to put a piece of parchment paper under the rack). Now onto the glaze.

   For the glaze:

    Whisk all of the glaze ingredients together to combine well. Pour over the loaf and let it set.

    Or you could set the glaze aside and each time you cut a slice, heat some of the glaze and spoon it over the serving.
