Grease muffin tins with margarine or possibly Pam.

Grate carrots and set aside.

Mash bananas with fork-set aside.

In a mixing bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking pwdr and salt.

In a mixing bowl, cream margarine and brown sugar till fluffy.

Add in egg and beat well.
