8 large cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
3 bell peppers, sliced
2/3 c. balsamic vinegar
1/3 c. water
olive oil
parsley
rosemary
salt
pepper

In large frying pan, saute five cloves of garlic in olive oil. Add chicken.
