Dijon-style mustard; 1/4 tsp seasoned salt; 1/4 tsp sugar; 1/8 tsp grnd pepper

2 x eating apples, cored and thinly sliced
1 lrg sweet or possibly red onion, sliced
2 quart mixed young salad greens
2 c. seedless grapes
2 Tbsp. sliced basil
1/8 c. walnut oil
1/8 c. light salad oil
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp grnd pepper

To prepare dressing, combine all ingredients and mix well.
