Balsamic vinegar; 2 tsp Grated lemon rind; 1 tsp Paprika; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/4 tsp Pepper; 6 x Boned and skinned chicken breast halves, about 1 1/2 lbs

1/2 c. White wine, or possibly apple juice
1/2 c. Chicken broth
1 Tbsp. Minced fresh thyme, or possibly 19 ounce can rinsed
1/2 tsp Dry thyme
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
2 tsp Grated lemon rind
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
6 x Boned and skinned chicken breast halves, about 1 1/2 lbs

Mix all ingredients except chicken thighs in shallow glass or possibly plastic dish.

Add in chicken; turn to coat with marinade.

Cover and chill at least 2 hrs

Place chicken and marinade in 10-inch nonstick skillet.

Heat to boiling; reduce heat.

Cover and simmer 15 to 20 min or possibly till juices of chicken run clear.

Remove chicken; keep hot.

Heat marinade to boiling.

Boil about 6 min or possibly till liquid is reduced by half.
