1-1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. maple extract
2 cups flour, divided
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup buttermilk
6 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
3 cups Easy Coconut-Pecan Filling & Frosting
