2 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp Instant coffee
3/4 c. Cake and pastry flour
1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
3 x Large eggs
1 c. Granulated sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. Minced toasted unblanced almonds

Heat chocolate squares, butter and coffee; stir well.

Sift together flour and baking pwdr.

Beat Large eggs till foamy; add in sugar gradually.
