Start water to boil for pasta, once water is boiling add a punch of salt then the ziti.

Brown your meat and season it with Lawry's seasoned salt. Drain and set aside.

Saute green onions and garlic together in extra virgin olive oil in a large sauce pan.

Add in paste first, then sauce, then add the ground chuck back in.

Add oregano, basil, a dash of black pepper, a dash of salt, the romano, the bread crumbs and a dash of sugar.

Grease a baking dish with margarine and then add a layer of ziti on the bottom, then a layer of sauce. Cover the sauce with all the provolone and then spread the sour cream over the provolone. Another layer of pasta followed by the last layer of sauce and then top with mozzarella.

Cook in oven preheated to 350 for 25-35 mintues or until mozzarella begins to brown.
