Preheat the oven to 350u00b0F. Combine the eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Add the flour, baking powder, and cream of tartar and whisk to combine. Pour the batter evenly into 2 full size donut pans. Bake for 25 minutes, swapping the position of the pans halfway through, or until the a cake tester comes out cleanly.

While the donuts bake, stir the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk together in a shallow bowl. Make sure to get rid of any lumps. Place the nuts in another shallow bowl. Also, place a cooling rack over a sheet of parchment paper. The cooling rack will help to make sure that if you can't eat the donuts right away, they will cool evenly, and the glaze won't cause them to stick.

Once the donuts come out of the oven, drop each one in the glaze and then the nuts. Place the donuts on the cooling rack. Enjoy!
