Baked Taco Pie

   Heat oven to 400u00b0.

   Grease an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until brown. Drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Spoon into plate.

   Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs with wire whisk until smooth.

   Pour into plate.

   Bake about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

   Garnish with tomatoes, olives and sour cream, if desired.
