Baked Stuffed Jalapenos

   1) Slice jalapenos lengthwise thru the stem and w/ a tsp clean out seeds and vein. Failure to clean properly, will cause more heat and the inability to enjoy the stuffing

   2) Line face up on a baking sheet and bake at 300 for 30 minutes. Shell should be soft

   3) In a food processor combine remaining ingredients and use short quick pulses to combine

   4) Once jalapeno halves have cooled, stuff with approx

   1 tsp of mixture

   5) Wrap w/ film and chill for at least 1 hr.

   6) Bake @ 350 for 20 min or until golden crust forms on each one
