Baked Strawberry Shortcake Recipe

   Sift the flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt into an electric mixing bowl.

   Add in the lowfat milk, egg and melted margarine and beat for 2 min on medium speed.

   Turn into a greased 8 inch pan.

   Cover with sliced strawberries.

   Combine the flour and sugar and cut in the margarine till it forms coarse crumbles.

   Add in the walnuts and sprinkle over the strawberries.

   Bake for 35-40 min.
