Name: Baked Shrimp In Cream Wine Sauce
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients: 1/4 lb. butter; 2 Tbsp. flour; 2 c. heavy cream; 1 oz. white wine; salt and cayenne pepper to taste; 1/4 c. chopped onions; 3 cloves garlic, chopped; 1/4 c. chopped celery; 1/4 c. parsley for garnish; paprika for garnish; 2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined; 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In heavy pot, melt 1/4 pound butter and saute all seasonings until done, 5 minutes.

Add flour and blend well.

Add cream, stirring constantly, until thick.

Season to taste.

Add wine.

In a separate saute pan, saute shrimp in 1/2 cup butter and garlic until done.

Remove shrimp and drain well.

Place shrimp in a layer in a heavy casserole dish.

Top with wine sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Bake until bubbly.

May also serve over pasta.
