Heat up a can of veggie chili (Health Valley Spicy Fat Free is excellent), put chili on baked potatoes.

You can usually top 3 - 4 potatoes with one can.

This can be made in about six min for each potato if you microwave them.

Fancy it up with minced tomatoes, olives or possibly jalapenos if desired.
