1 x egg yolk, beaten
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated Onion Sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/2 c. half-and half salt, to taste
