Baked Potato Fans

   Cut potatoes crosswise into 1/8-inch slice, cutting only 3/4 through.

   Place, cut side up, in greased, oblong baking dish, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inches.

   Brush with margarine; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.

   Bake in 375u00b0 oven, brushing with butter once or twice, for 45 minutes.

   Mix cheese and bread crumbs; sprinkle on paprika.

   Bake until tender, 20 to 30 minutes.
