Baked Pecan Stuffed Nectarines Recipe

   In a small food processor pulse pecans till finely grnd.

   Add in 1/4 c. sugar and yolks and pulse till combined.

   Halve and pit nectarines and arrange, cut sides up, on a small baking sheet.

   Divide pecan mix among nectarine halves, mounding it in center, and garnish each mound with a pecan half.

   Sprinkle nectarines with remaining Tbsp.

   of sugar.

   Bake stuffed nectarines in middle of oven till pecan mix is golden brown, about 10 min.

   Serve nectarines with ice cream.
