1/2 c. butter
1 large green pepper
1 large red pepper
1 chopped onion
1/3 c. flour
2 1/4 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute sliced sausage into rounds; remove from pan.
