Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Mince garlic and add to dry mixture

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Stir in enough water to dry mixture to create a batter with pancake like consistency. Don't add too much water or it will be funny. If you're using curry paste instead of powder, mix it into the water before adding.

Cut cauliflower into tiny bite size pieces, mince onion, grate potato and carrot. Dump all into batter, mixing well to coat

Using a tablespoon, scoop out battered veggies. Brush olive oil on top then flip upside down into cookie sheet. Brush oil in top

Bake 8 to 9 minutes, flip then bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot with raita sauce
