Baked Lemon Butter Trout

   Preheat oven to 450 F.

   Place butter, lemon juice, dill weed and tarragon in a microwave safe container and heat it in the microwave for 1 minute or until butter is melted.

   Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels, then place them in a greased 13x9 baking dish.

   Fold 8 lemon slices in half and insert 2 in each fishs body cavity.

   Spread the remaining lemon slices over the top of the fish.

   Whisk the butter-lemon juice mixture together and drizzle over fish.

   Bake uncovered at 450 F for 25 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
