Preheat oven to 425 F. Place chicken wings onto rimmed baking sheets (you will need 2 pans).

Add olive oil, salt and pepper over the chicken.

Toss chicken to coat the wings in the oil and spices.

Spread them in a single layer, making sure that no 2 pieces of chicken touch.

Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for 10 more minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together ingredients for the sauce.

Take chicken out of the oven.

Preheat the broiler when you pull the chicken out.

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of sauce over each wing.

Place pans back in the oven and cook until wings have turned slightly browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove pans from oven.

Flip the chicken and pour the rest of the sauce over chicken.

Place pans back under the broiler and cook until skin is crispy, about 10 minutes.

Once done, toss chicken with sauce created on the baking sheet.
