Baked Ham Slices

   Have butcher slice whole ham into 3/4-inch slices.

   Layer desired amount of ham slices in baking dish.

   Sprinkle brown sugar on top of slices to be baked.

   Sprinkle small amount of dry ground mustard on top of brown sugar (about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon).

   Place pineapple slices on top of ham slices and pour pineapple juice over top of ham.

   This may marinate in refrigerator overnight, or you may bake immediately (extra good if marinated).

   Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 350u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.

   Remove foil and bake an additional 10 or 15 minutes.
