Baked Green Chile Turkey Tacos

   Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

   In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat.

   Add turkey and cook until browned and done, about 7-10 minutes.

   Add green chiles, black olives, red onion, and taco seasoning.

   Stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

   Line up taco shells standing up in an 8x8 dish (if all your shells dont fit, use a 9x13 dish instead).

   Divide turkey mixture among taco shells.

   Sprinkle pepper jack on top of each taco and bake for 10 minutes.

   To serve, sprinkle with chopped green onions and whatever else you like!
