Preheat oven to 375 F. On a clean cutting board cut the flat-iron steak in half horizontally.

Zest the lemon and set aside.

Cut lemon in half.

In a skillet (12) over medium-low heat add Greek olive oil and butter.

Once melted together add the two flat iron steaks and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, rosemary and Greek oregano.

Saute steaks for 2 minutes on each side.

Add halved grape tomatoes, olives, lemon zest and juice and cover skillet (using foil is fine).

Place the skillet in the oven and bake at 375 F for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and serve each steak onto an individual plate and add Feta cheese crumbles.
