1 1/2 lb. fish fillets (about 3/4-inch thick)
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. dried dill
dash of cayenne
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
1/4 lb. small cooked shrimp (optional)

Arrange in a single layer in greased 2-quart baking dish.
