Baked Cream Cheese Creamed Potatoes

   Cream potatoes as usual according to amount of servings needed.

   In a large bowl, cream potatoes.

   Add cream cheese (8 ounces) and either fresh chopped onion (5) or dried onion flakes to suit taste.

   Add parsley and French onion dip.
