Baked Chimichurri Chicken with Broccoli

   Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

   Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.

   Combine first 5 ingredients in pie plate.

   Pour dressing into separate pie plate.

   Dip chicken in dressing, then in coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with each.

   Place on prepared baking sheet.

   Bake 25 min.

   or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).

    before chicken is done, add broccoli to saucepan of boiling water; cook 4 min.
