Baked Chicken With Mushrooms And Cheese

   Heat oven to 350 degrees.

   Breast may be cut in half, to make thinner.

   Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Brown chicken in frying pan until it's almost cooked through.

   In another skillet, saute onions and mushrooms together in a little oil, salt and pepper for taste.

   Put the chicken in a sprayed baking dish, pour the onions and mushrooms on top of the chicken, then place slice of cheese on each piece.

   Cover with foil and bake for about 20-30 min, Serve with favorite side dish.
