Baked Chicken With Garlic

   Wash fryer, place on rack in large shallow pan.

   Sprinkle salt and garlic on both sides.

   Put bags of butter on top of chicken and put small amount of water in pan.

   for 1 hour or until golden brown, turning over one time.
