3 lb Chicken pcs
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp Dry rosemary, crumbled
1/8 tsp White pepper
1/2 c. Chicken broth
1/4 c. Dry sherry
1 can (14 Ounce) artichoke hearts, liquid removed

Soak top and bottom of clay cooker in water about 15 min; drain.

Place mushrooms, onion and garlic in cooker.

Coat chicken pcs with mix of flour, salt, paprika, rosemary and pepper.

Arrange chicken pcs, skin side up, in even layer over vegetables.
