1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Tarragon Fresh grnd pepper
3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
2 tsp Tamari soy sauce
1/4 c. Sherry
2 x Shallots -- diced
1/2 c. Chicken broth
2 tsp Cornstarch
1 c. Yogurt Salt to taste
2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley -- minced

Arrange chicken pcs in a heavy, shallow pan, lightly oiled.

Season= chicken pcs with salt, paprika, and tarragon.

Put accumulated juiced in pan on top of stove and= bring to a boil.
