Baked Chicken Strips

   Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.

   In a gallon-size Ziploc bag, mix Bisquick, cheese, salt, pepper and paprika.

   Place chicken in another gallon-size Ziploc bag with egg and shake until coated.

   Transfer to bag with Bisquick mix and shake until coated.

   Place chicken on baking sheet.

   Drizzle butter over chicken.

   Bake for 7 minutes, flip each piece over and cook another 7 minutes.

   Serve with a side of cream gravy.
