Baked Chicken Breasts

   Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

   Prepare baking dish big enough to hold chicken breasts with olive oil or butter

   Place chicken breasts in baking dish and sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, oregano .

   Add lemon wedges tucked around chicken breasts

   Top with fresh parsley

   Prepare parchment paper large enough to cover baking dish and brush with olive oil or butter.

   Tuck parchment paper over chicken breasts to cover snugly

   Place baking dish in preheated 400 degree oven on middle rack

   Bake for 25 to 40 minutes depending on size of breasts and cook to 165 degree. Generally 30 minutes is the perfect time
