Baked chicken

   Mix olive oil, rosemary and lemon peel together and then add the chicken.

   Marinate for at least an hour, but you can for longer for more flavor.

   Preheat oven to 350F

   Wrap chicken quarters in foil and bake for 50 mins or until cooked thoroughly.

   (I also put a little of the olive oil mixture in the wrapped chicken to keep it moist.)
