Baked Casareccia with Sausage and Peas

   Remove sausage meat from casing.

   Cook and stir in large skillet on medium-high heat 8 to 10 min.

   until no longer pink, breaking up meat with spoon.

   Drain excess fat.

   Combine uncooked pasta, meat, peas, sauce and water in 4-inch-deep half-size steam-table pan.

   Cover tightly with foil.

   Bake in 425F-standard oven 30 min.

   Remove foil; stir well.

   Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake an additional 10 min.

    or until pasta is tender.
