In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine buttermilk, eggs, butter, and vanilla. Pour buttermilk mixture into the flour mixture, and stir until just combined.

Using a piping bag or a large spoon, fill each cavity in the donut pan about 2/3 full. Bake 7-8 minutes or until golden brown and donut springs back when you touch it. Move to a cooling rack and continue with remaining batter.

While the donuts are cooling, prepare glaze. In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and Nutella. If it is too thick, add more milk 1 tablespoon at a time; if it is too thin, add more powdered sugar 1 tablespoon at a time.
