Baked Bread Pudding

   Beat eggs, add milk, sugar and sprinkling of cinnamon.

   Set aside.

   Spray baking dish with Pam.

   Add the bread cubes.

   Pour egg mixture over cubes and let cubes soak up the liquid.

   You can add a few chopped nuts, if desired.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until firm.

   Serve with Lemon Sauce.
