Baked Bean And Kabanos (Polish) Sausage Pizzas

   Preheat oven to 400u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange English muffins, cut-side up, on prepared tray.

   Place spinach in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Let stand for 20 seconds, or until spinach wilts. Rinse under cold running water until cool then drain. Squeeze out excess liquid then pat dry with paper towels.

   Spread tomato sauce over English muffins. Top with baked beans, spinach, pepper, mushrooms, sausage and mozzarella. Bake for 10 mins, or until cheese melts and English muffins are golden brown. Serve.
