Baked BBQ Ranch Turkey Tacos

   Preheat oven to 400 F.

   In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat.

   Add turkey and begin to break it up using a spatula and cook until it starts to brown.

   Add ranch seasoning.

   Cook turkey until thoroughly browned, then lower heat and add BBQ sauce.

   Stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

   Line up taco shells standing them up in an 8x8 baking dish.

   Divide turkey among taco shells.

   Sprinkle cheese on top of each taco and then bake for 10 minutes.

    To serve, garnish with chunks of avocado.
