Baked Apricot Chicken Recipe

   Preheat oven to 350* In shallow dish, combine preserves, ReaLemon, soy sauce and salt.

   Coat chicken with apricot mix; roll in bread crumbs.

   Set aside remaining apricot mix.

   In greased 13x9-inch baking dish, arrange chicken; drizzle with margarine.

   Bake, uncovered 1 hr.

   or possibly till tender.

   Heat remaining apricot mix; serve with chicken.
