Baked Ameretti Peaches Recipe

   Slice the peaches in half and remove the stones.

   Place them in a well-buttered dish.

   In a blender, whisk together the biscuits, butter and a splash of ameretto liqueur.

   Spoon some of the mix into the centre of each peach.

   Pour the rest of the liqueur over the peaches and bake in an oven for 20-45 min, depending on the hardness of the fruit.
