12 lb lean ground beef
1 (12 ounce) can refried beans
1 teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 (16 ounce) package hot roll mix
1 (14 1/2 ounce) cancrushed italian flavored tomatoes
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese (8 ounces)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
butter, melted
1 cup guacamole (optional)

In a fry pan or skillet, brown pork sausage and ground beef.

Moisten edges of dough with water and fold circles in half.
