Baja Citrus Turkey Breast

   Put turkey breast in marinade made with orange vinegar and oil (no water) into frig for a few hours. Prep vegies, and put onions in a pile in dish to place turkey on top of. then spread the vegies out and add enough broth, (about an inch), Place turkey and any leftover marinade on top of oniond , add salt and pepper, cover tightly with foil and put on pre-heated grill, at 500. CLose lid and lower temp to get approx 400. Cook for 35 min....meanwhile cook rice, when time is up remove from grill, let set 10-15 min, remove turkey to slice and then add rice to pan to have it soak up the juices. Really fabulous for summer!!!
